Conventional Plant Room
This is the most suitable method for constructing a pool plant room, especially in the case of commercial pools that welcome a large number of visitors on a daily basis. It is considered the optimal solution when, in addition to water circulation, there are additional requirements such as hydromassage, automatic control and regulation of water chemistry, heating, and more.
Adjacent to the pool, we construct an underground space to house all the pool’s mechanical equipment. Within the plant room, the following functions take place:
- water circulation, achieved through the circulation pump
- water filtration from pollutants and particles via a filter filled with specially treated glass media
- chemical treatment of the water to maintain ideal hygiene conditions
- water heating, when the pool is heated
- control and power supply of the electrical systems and underwater lighting.
All built-in pool networks are routed into the plant room, where the necessary connections are completed. It is a space that must be easily accessible for monitoring and maintenance of the pool, with proper ventilation and adequate lighting.
Pumps, filters, and plant rooms are all integral components of a reliable and efficient operating pool system.
